Yummy Cream Cheese Mints

Growing up, I used to love making cream cheese mints with my grandma. They are an easy and light treat to make, being great for after a meal. The recipe even won a 1st place blue ribbon at the Kansas State Fair in the Girl Scout House! I’m also very excited to make cream cheese mints for after dinner at my upcoming wedding reception.
